Hi guys!
I joined a couple months ago but I haven't logged on for soo0ooo0o long :noway: & I think I just really need some friends on here to inspire me to keep going. I have just recently quit smoking & drinking :happy: I plan to log on everyday from now on. It would be great if I had some friends to lose weight with! So what do you say?

Welcome back!! I am still pretty new to this as well so we are kind of in the same boat. I am always up for meeting new people and exchanging recipes for success. If you have a smart phone I highly suggest that you download the MyFitnessPal application into your phone. It's 100% free. I find I use my phone more than I do my CPU at home so it really comes in handy. Plus the phone application has a bar code scanner that allows you to quickly scan the food into your phone which helps save time.
The best suggestion that I can give you is to make sure you take the time to weight out your food portions and immediately enter them into your account. The key is to not put if off!!
