Advice for "life after Advocare 24 Day Challenge"

Hey all!!
I have been a member or MFP for over a year and had lost 80 pounds, but then due to emotional eating gained back 15-20. In order to jump-start my weight loss again, I am doing the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. Thus far, I have lost 10 pounds. I am hoping to drop another 10 and then maintain. Any advice for how to just maintain? And, how do I transition back to eating some of the foods that I was eating before, such as dairy products? Anyone that has done this program, any insight would be greatly appreciated!

After I did the challenge, I reintroduced dairy but continued to eat healthy and exercise. I also continued drinking Spark and I do the Advocare herbal cleanse every 3 months to keep me focused on my habits. Good Luck on your journey.0
