Is any one doing Tony Hortan's 10 minute trainer, or slim in 6?

I have tried 10 minute trainer. It is a great workout packed into a short period of time, it is designed for a person to do 3 different workouts a day either consequtively or when it can be fit in, in order to achieve maximum benefits.
I have never done slim in 6, but being a member of the BB community, I have witnessed many people achieve amazing results with this program and if I had to choose between them, I would choose slim in 6.0 -
Ten minute trainer is awesome. Slim in 6 is great if you're starting out in bad shape. Slim series however is still intense and I'm a pretty fit guy. I like slim series over slim in 6 any day just for it's intensity.0

I have both. Before my injury I used slim in 6. I recently bought 10 min. I am kind of old school, if you work out at 60-80 % of your max hart rate you loose weight. The 10 min trainer does interval training. Has this worked for any one, and how?
