    My goals for May:
    Lose 1 LB.
    Stick to my fiber and protein goals.
    Lift a bit more (I've been bored)
    Run a bit faster
    Eat well while traveling.

    Hmm lose 4 pounds. Go on a couple hike in the mountains. Get the garden planted.

    Lose 5 pounds. Snatch 55 kilo's. Clean and jerk 65 kilo's. Get my stomach more defined and flat!! :)

    I want to be done,done and DONE with the c25k program so i can focus on running and take it to as higher level as possible. i have 2 weeks of c25k to go. I am loving running.

    Lower my weight to 210 lbs.
    Start playing pick up basketball games again.
    Spend lots of time with my family : )

    There are 10 of us in my family trying to lose weight together. Each month we are given a challenge. This month we had to give up our favorite food. Mine was chips and dip. Wasn't thinking the dip thing through, but I am starting to really enjoy the veggies without the dip.

    It would just be really good to get motivated and get started on my weight loss journey! i have tried so many times and just don't feel like i am getting somewhere! I want to do it for myself but for my two young girls too!
