Hi not new but left for a few months and need help

Hey I work out with swimming, biking, and walking with situps and trapolene but still I am gaining weight. I even eat healthy and stop eating after 6 PM but I am not good with portion control. I just need to stay motivated and with work and family I am stress eating...HELP
