I see all these neat things on Pinterest- like cone cakes (ice cream cones with cake tops instead) but I want some fun HEALTHY dessert ideas to do with my kids. Colorful, and fun... got any?

graham crackers (i prefer the chocolate kind) with lite or fat free whip cream in between and then put in freezer and frozen to make copy cat ice cream sandwiches. I also like grapes with cool whip.

Another fun dessert is banana boats with little ant passengers..bananas with peanut butter spread on top and a couple of chocolate chips placed on top of that.

    any kind of fruit parfaits

layered fruit, fat free pudding, cool whip, granola, vanilla wafer cookies (any combination)
Just make layers and top with fat free whip cream

banana and vanilla wafers with fat free vanilla pudding and fat free cool whip is a good one
also....pureed mango, yogurt, mango cubes for topping and granola is pretty good

My kids love peanut butter and the one loves bananas ... of course they both love chocolate Lol but the one won't try fruit- so I like this idea. It might tempt my youngest to dig in.
