Doing Tubes and Zumba

Hi does any one know how many calories you burn when doing Zumba?
Also doing tubes for toning , Does any one know how to put it in our logs?

    I am also new here. I found a website that calculates how many calories you burn with Zumba, I just got my Zumba system in today, and plan on starting tomorrow, cant wait! Hope this website helps you:
