    Fabulous. Weight loss does make people look younger. Its also the clothes you are able to wear that makes you look younger rather than frumpy, fat clothes.

    8 more pounds to loose to reach my goal weight, and lots of toning before summer creeps up on me! I am at my smallest ever adult weight, and man does it feel good!! Although, I'm struggling with body image. I'm still seeing the fat girl in the mirror, my brain hasn't caught up with my weight loss yet.

    You look amazing!!! Congrats and it takes a while for the brain to catch up to what is in the mirror because you are not the fat girl anymore dear!! Keep up the good work!

    YOu look awesome! YOu know if you've been heavy for along time (ME), our eyes become broken. However, don't fret as they will become fixed again. Honestly, your arms look amazingly toned already!
