Can someone just tell me really quick the names of 3 of the most well-known (current) red sox players?

    Dustin Pedroia, David "Big Papi" Ortiz, and Jon Lester.

    I'd say it's probably those three...and I hate the Red Sox [but love the rivalry].

    You could make a case for Adrian Gonzalez, Josh Beckett, or Clay Buchholz, or any number of injured stars the team has as well: Daisuke Matsuzaka, John Lackey, Kevin Youkilis, Carl Crawford, or Jacoby Ellsbury.

    I would have if I'd had more foresight. Instead, I'm re-gifting a Red Sox toaster (I think it burns the logo into the toast)--mostly as a joke--and wanted to mention in the card that x, y, and z asked me to pass the gift along to him. He likes the Red Sox and I just couldn't care less about them....
