I'm wondering for those who have lost a large amount of weight, llike 100lbs. or more. Is it possble to get rid of the saggy annoying skin with exercise?

At my age, I am guessing it will be a lost cause! Thats ok with me. I would rather have flabby arms that I can cover up if need be then to carry around all this extra fat.0

It's the same as any other part of the body... eat better to lose weight, lift to maintain muscle as much as possible, then just be patient and it'll happen.0
