    I carry a handgun, because a cop is too damn heavy.

    That about covers every contingency from buying an ice cream for the grand-daughter to cutting that annoying string off my wifes blouse to ordering Chinese to having light when changing my tire on a dark night to defending my life and those of others.

    Private citizen (though I probably have as much if not more training then most cops in defensive gun use).

    Over here in the US we have the 2nd Amendment and most states actually treat us like law abiding adults when it comes to personal responsibility and protection of ones self and loved ones. Carried for 28 years now and counting. :smile:

    The only reason I carry a purse instead of a clip is smartphones suck at holding a charge so I carry an extra charger with me at all times.
