  • Hey lady,

    I just started my 6th week today. So far, I haven't noticed too much, but I can feel my muscles getting bigger. Also, my abs and arms are getting slightly smaller. I feel that when I hit the end of phase 2 and the start of phase 3 I will see more of the body fat coming off.

    I follow the meal plan very well, and hope to continue this pattern.

    What about you my dear?

    I'm actually following her "Burning the Fat" program right now for something different, and I like it. I modify to fit my needs, but the basic program is pretty good. I think if you dedicate yourself to any program and stick with it for 6-8 weeks you will see some results.

    Havent done the actual program, but I pretty much eat from her Phase 2 meal plan. I've done a lot of research about it and if you stick to the plan, people have seen great results.

    been following her meal plan for 1 week kind of, made her meatloaf and pumpkin bars, YUM!, Just started her live fit program yesterday, but her meal plan is really making me feel better because i dont put junk in my body. I feel like i have a lot more energy and im not as bloated as i used to be.
  • I did this program. I loved it. I actually did it once and then did phase 2 & 3 one more time. My workout partner did it as well. She followed it to a T and seen amazing results. Definatly reccommend it!

    i'm looking at the program...i've been working out 5 days a week pretty regularly for the past 2 years but still have a lot of weight to lose...would i start at phase 1 as well? no cardio for all that time scares me....lol
