    Yes, I started out with tons of cardio!! Now im up to about 50/50 cardio & strength training. Once I hit that final goal in 8 lbs I'm going to heavy strength training w/ 1 day of pure cardio to get cut ;) I can't loose the cardio completly, I love the cal burn! Outside of my weekly 4 mi run Zumba for cardio has been my fav so far. My friend wears a hr monitor and on a good day gets 800cals in an hour!
