Hi, I am a 33 yr. old, stay-home mom for 4 yrs. I've had 2 pregnancies in a row. I have 2 boys who are 1 yr & 2 weeks apart. In Jan. of this year I weighed the most I've ever weighed which WAS 260. I began loosing weight & lost 20 lbs but gained some of it back bc I just didn't have the support & proper nutrian guidlines. Recently, I joined a Community Weight Loss Challenge. We are into our 2nd week of it. I have lost 2 lbs which is GREAT! I finally got up this morning to do some exercise & burned about 200 cal. If I can do that 3 to 4 times a week that would be great. Anyway...so someone in my class gave me this website & I'm so happy she did bc its an awesome site! I am HAPPY that I have made the choice to become healthy & lose a lot of this nasty fat!

Thanks! I appreciate your welcome. I've enjoyed using the website so far. Its so easy to just punch in what you eat/drink & it calculates everything for you. Keeps you in perspective. I also appreciate scriptural support. God is awesome! You've lost a lot of weight so far...you keep up the good work also. I'm doing alright except over the last couple of days have been a little stressed (homelife & too much expected of me...) that I've resorted to eating a few candybars but also, its around that time of the mo. & craving chocolate anyway. :0) So anywho...It's nice to meet someone on MFP!0

Thanks for the welcome! I mentioned that on Friday I got up early to do some exercise...then later that day I fell down a couple of steps at home! I miscalculated the steps & felt myself going down & somehow managed to throw myself backwards in order to not bust my head or knees up on the floor or wall. I ended up hitting my tale bone & the bottom of my "bad" foot. After the pain subsided & I was able to get up I felt the pain in my shoulders but all that went away & in place of it dealt w/ some soreness in my back all weekend. It's hard to say if the soreness was from the exercise or the fall...either way..I'm ok. I'm doing good w/ making the right choices for food options. I can do better though. I admit that! Anyway,...thanks for the support & the scriptural ref. God is awesome & my support is awesome too! I never knew so many people would care & support me during this time of my life.0
