When you do cardio the website tells you how many calories you have burned and such. But when I enter my strength training, like using weights and machines at the gym, it doesn't tell me that I burned any calories or anything. Do you know why this is?

I use my fit bit to track the calories I burn and log them as cardio...but keep in mind strength training is more of a slow burn over time. Because of this I don't usually eat them back except in the form of a low carb protein shake.0
