my journey so far-

starting at 189lbs- i am currently at 164lbs. I would like to be 140, but am going to be happy at 150. If i can figure it out i will post photos of every month of my journey so you can see it.
the only things i changed was.... duhduhdaaaaahduh (drum roll) MYSELF!!
i decided that i loved myself, and part of loving myself was treating myself better, i never joined a fitness program, or gym, i just started eating smaller portions and going out of the house more, hiking, and walking my dogs, surrounding myself with positive energy and sincerely working on my own self fulfillment and happiness.
this is not a do it yourself guide, or testimony (maybe it is)... this is just me... celebrating my accomplishments!!
