Thanks to MFP and all the people here! This is my 3rd consecutive week using this and its actually working. I have tried just about every yo yo diet there is and this is actually showing results. Don't think I even last this long with half of them. It seems a combination of calorie counting, tracking, and friend support seems to be the ticket to losing weight and a healthy lifestyle.
