Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Don't think so - I didn't keep track

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Completed projects around the house.

What would I have done differently? Track my calories!!!

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

    This is my first check in...........followed all the rules ...exercised my botty off and and my weight last Mon was 136....today

    DRUM ROLL.........................................it is....................136!!!!

    Obviously put muscles on...............lol::blushing:

    Oh well Onwards and upwards ..........looking forward to next weeks check in.

    3rd week tracking and 12 pounds down :)

    This weekend: Stained the cedar swing set, walked 12.8 miles, played flash light tag and freeze tag for 2 hours each day, baked 10 loaves of bread for the coming week, took kids to the play ground and slept what ever time I wasn't away...lol

    Today's goal: exercise for 45 minutes.

    Yesterday's accomplishing goal, staining the entire cedar swing set!

    so excited and ready for another hopping week! WE ROCK YOU GUYS!!!! oooooo OOOOOOOO
