I started with 70 to lose, as well, but I've still got 30 to go. It's nice to hear from someone who has made the goal, but the important thing is to NEVER GIVE UP the lifestyle. But you knew that already, too.0 -

Would love to know all you did to get you where you are and the timeframe
i went about it with common sense...stop eating bad and start working out....i run 2 miles 3 or 4 days a week and lift 4 days a week after running most times about an hr a day in gym...sometimes ill run in morning and lift at night depending on how i feel in morning....took about a year last 10 lbs have takena while but ive noticed big changes in toning while losing last 10 due to hitting weights more. been really getting into eating clean lately and feel so much more energized....baked chicken baked fish....fresh veggies nuts and drink water ALL day.0 -
