Dr Noodles calories?

I am taking my sister out for lunch for her birthday and my local town doesn't have many places where I could get a low ish calorie meal so I was considering going to Dr Noodles. I was just wondering if anyone has been there (I have but never counting calories) and know what even their straight up small stir fry and noodle box is? I can try and add on calories for sauce and noodles so if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. My set total is 1320 so I can't really be doing huge numbers so I'll be guided by any advice.

    Sorry. I had never heard of the place so I looked it up. Does't look like they have their nutritional information on their website. Says it's supposed to be healthy and low fat and low calorie. Maybe you could call or email them and see if they have a nutritional menu. Otherwise, just do the best you can and chalk it up to an over calorie day and move forward.
