Junk food makes you feel ill

Yesterday was my weigh in day (another 1 pound)...I guess I am still feeling a little under the weather from a cold I had, as well a bit disappointed I did not have a bigger loss....anyways, I decided I would eat whatever I wanted...bad move! I had my usual toast and tuna for breakfast but then had a chocolate bar, cookies, jelly beans, chicken caesar salad for lunch, then more cookies and jelly beans, then a normal healthy dinner (too large a portion though) then cake with whipped cream and raspberries.......even as I am eating the junk food I was saying to myself that these are not making me feel very good and forcing myself to eat all the cake....well....I tossed and turned all night, felt gross and woke up this morning craving fresh foods....
Breakfast was 2 vita brits with skim milk and some raisins. Lunch I have greek salad, apple, orange, pear, rye bread with tuna.
I am pleased to see my body was trying to tell me not to eat those things!

Wow..good for you! I mean...it sucks that you didn't feel well that night, but it is good to know that your body is adjusting! I'm trying to convince some of my friends of that same fact. Taste buds and appetites CAN CHANGE!! Some of them are addicted to the whole fat mayo and all fat sour cream..but, I actually prefer the fat free or light. How exciting though, the life style change is taking effect!!!0

and the body is an amazing thing...it does try to warn you! lol....and I'm very glad you listened!!!
I'm hoping that you are on mends from you cold which can sometimes make you eat crazy too....but w/ a food plan like the one you had today...I think you're on your way back to healthy town!!!
