Ladies Workout Underwear?

Yoga pants breath and give you freedom (I like mine just below the knees, anything longer is too hot) and Enel sports bras are the best (well for me) for support if bouncing kills you.0

None!0

I wear a regular bra and a sports bra under my shirt (ive got dd's so i have too) and to me thongs are very comfy so i wear those almost all the time... If im working out at home im comando.0

Wow, I feel so at home in this thread. I thought I was the only one for going commando at the gym. Compression sports bra and call it good.
If I wear any panties at the gym, it's always a thong. No VPL for me, thanks.0 -
Granny panties.0

I am always commando. Plus running shorts have underwear built in them soo0

Commando or VS Body By Victoria thongs, if I'm cycling I wear thin compression shorts.0
-
NONE!!!!!!!!!! I dont wear them! I hate them...their evil! Well unless it that TOM! :drinker:0
-
I have a pair of light Nike shorts w/built-in underwear. LOVE THEM.0
-
No panties, thats what kind.0
-
I am in the commando club.0
-
Workout leggings + commando = comfort
Honestly, OP, why not try it?0 -
I wear Under Armour when running. They are about $25 a pair but worth it (moisture wicking, don't ride up). Otherwise I usually just wear Body by Victoria hip huggers.0

Wow I can't believe how many votes for commando! Personally I wear a lot of shorts, not compression shorts, and commando would be some risky business, like when stretching...I wear anything BUT boyshorts and no cotton. Personally I have tried a million different cuts of underwear, and I think its totally about your body shape and not the actual underwear, finding one that doesn't ride up. You gotta kiss a lot of frogs...0

You ladies will have me in creep mode factor 10 when I have to hit the gym for my leg workout tonight.
"she commando or not?" drops weight on foot0 -
It's like a herd of camels in here
^^ This has got to be one of the funniest things i have ever read!! LMFAO!!!0 -
Wow lol this turned into a interesting thread...lol...I need to get somemore running shorts that are lined. Right now I only have 2 pairs. My other pair of running shorts are just from wally an unlined. Then I have athletic pants. Maybe I'll try it. Lord don't let my husband find out or my workout will never happen...atleast not in that way lol0
-
wow. LOL
Yeah... no way am I going commando to the gym, or at home... lol
But that's just me, I have my own personal reasons I don't feel comfortable doing that.
You all have fun with that. lol *cheers*0 -
If I went commando in leggings/yoga pants, I'd be terrified of camel toe (whether or not it actually happens). P.S. thongs, usually from JC Penney.0
-
For yoga, always lululemon! Running, I wear shorts with built in liners, my fave are the Run line by lululemon, or Nike Dri-Fit! :]0
-
I go commando, I wear random yoga pants or the super tight lulu lemon ones...so no room for undies.0
-
I too don't wear any..don't have to worry bout wedgies or pantie lines..0
-
I am not comfortable going commando..so I wear thongs or those yoga panties from Victoria's Secret. Neither kind rides up or is uncomfortable :-)0

Actually the only time I'm at risk for camel toe is when I wear undies to work out. Plus you have a panty line. I think I look hot in compression tights san undies.0 -
Under armor boy short cut.. Love them and comfy0
-
I don't wear under wear when working out but when I'm wearing regular clothes I wear underwear0
