    I have an inversion table. My inversion table allows me to fully invert, although it's probably best to work your way there. It feels good. However, it appears not to have much effect on the overall health of my back. I still go to the chiropractor just as often.

    It feels good? but it does not help your back? I am debating on getting one, I hear they work wonders
