It really depends on the person, but this is a general idea. Best bet is a HRM.

I agree. Yet, if you do not have one use this link:

Compared to the HRM, the calorie count is pretty accurate0 -
I have found it is somewhere in the 350-600 range except for Plyometrics which is over 800 for me0

Thanks for the great info0

I averaged in the 400's for most of the videos... but to jump on the bandwagon, definitely get a HRM if you can... you may run a program one day in the 300's... and the next time spike closer to 600...0

It depends on your gender, height, weight, resting heart rate, and especially how hard you work in the workout. I recommend purchasing a heart rate monitor. That's what I did, and here are some examples of my burns:
Chest & Back and Ab Ripper X:
70 minutes 409 calories burned
65 minutes 283 calories burned
Plyometrics:
56 minutes 383 calories burned
60 minutes 429 calories burned
63 minutes 489 calories burned
59 minutes 496 calories burned
Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X:
79 minutes 453 calories burned
75 minutes 398 calories burned
75 minutes 304 calories burned
Kenpo X:
62 minutes 364 calories burned
60 minutes 461 calories burned
60 minutes 409 calories burned
Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X:
75 minutes 495 calories burned
76 minutes 445 calories burned
76 minutes 424 calories burned
Cardio X:
45 minutes 246 calories burned
Core Synergistics:
59 minutes 345 calories burned
55 minutes 349 calories burned
55 minutes 333 calories burned
54 minutes 183 calories burned
Chest Shoulders & Triceps and Ab Ripper X:
79 minutes 386 calories burned
83 minutes 511 calories burned
75 minutes 342 calories burned
Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X:
74 minutes 498 calories burned
76 minutes 350 calories burned
For reference, I'm 5'3" and weigh about 158 lbs at the moment. But as you can see, the number of calories burned can vary greatly depending on how much you bring it, which - of course - changes from day to day depending on how you're feeling an how much protein you had in a given day and all that.0
