confused and frustrated

I AM 5'3 AND 168 lbs. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE GYM 5 days a week for one hour (cardio and weights). I have had mythyroid checked and it is within normal limits. I HAVEN'T lost a lb. In 9 months... I want to know how many calories I should be eating a day with burning 500-600 cal. In exercise. I DON'T KNOW IF I AM EATING TOO MUCH OR NOT ENOUGH? I want to lose about 30-35 lb.s Help me please
