Awesome toned legs

Hey MFP pals!

I really want to work on having nice toned legs.

Does anyone have a workout DVD that they do that has worked well for them?

    I'd just focus on doing squats, romanian deadlifts or stiff legged deadlifts, and lunges. You can try them without weight at first, then as you progress add some to increase the resistance. If you're unsure of form watch some youtube videos and look at yourself in the mirror to gauge your positioning.

    If you have access to machines at a gym add in leg presses, leg extensions and calf raises.

    Well I've been doing Jillian Micheal's DvD's and they have been great! I think she has a leg video. I've done Ripped in 30, 30 day shred and 6 week 6 pack and i have had great results. I haven't done her leg one but it I bet it give great results. She hasn't dissappointed me. Worth 10.00 try. Good luck

    I've been doing kettlebell workouts (lots of squats & lunges). It's working well for me.

    Butt Bible is great. Lots of lunges, squats and deadlifts.
