How much calorie can you lose doing the Zumba DVD?

I purchased the Zumba DVD today and just wondering if someone can tell me how much calorie you can lose per dvd?
I'm looking at purchasing a HRM so I can monitor it properly but for now, how much can you lose doing the zumba at home? (for myfitness pal entry)

    Hey Khristine, I've been doing it for about 3 weeks now and lost 10 lbs. (Also on a "no" carb diet).
    Have you lost anything since this post?
    FYI - I absolutely love it!!!
