Got 2 weeks left. It is an amazing program. Gets really tough but easier at the same time as it progresses, if that makes any sense. Lol!
Here is a link to some progress pics I posted. These were after finishing out month 1.

How are you incorporating this into your running schedule?0

I'm on week three, feel free to add me. My advice, the first week do extra stretching before each day, it helped me out.0

Hey, I just started yesterday with the fit test! There is another group that started today too...here we go!0

Good luck! I did the first couple weeks of it about a year ago then went on vacation and never got back in to it... eventually I would like to start over but have gone in a different direction to get on track instead. Would be interested in hearing your thoughts on it as you progress... I remember my thoughts lol0

Love it but it. I have never had that much of a workout in that short of time (not even 2 a days) or I was in alot better shape back then.. BUt I love it0

Through the first 35ish days the workouts are 45 min or less, the last 25ish days they get longer, up to 60 min. Trust me, you will be a better runner when you are done with Insanity, but you may want to set the running aside for the next 60 days.0

I started with the P90X program, but I'm in week 9 now and have started using the Insanity work outs as my cardio workout instead of the P90X ones, so one day weights and next day cardio. Insanity is an intense cardio workout but I love it. I have to wrap my calf muscles for the days that we do lots of sprinting and jumping.
Like someone else recommended i would do lots of extra stretching your first week, especially your calfs. I pressed pause alot my first week, even only doing the insanity workout every other day, but now I can make it through an entire 45 mins. I wish you well!0 -

In this case disregard my comment about setting aside runnig. I thought you were going to try to do a daily run. I have been running 8 miles on the off days and it's working out pretty well.0 -
