New to MFP, lost 5 lbs so far.

My name is Sarah. I am trying to loose 30 lbs to start so I am healthier.
This is harder than I thought, but its good to know I can eat well and loose weight. We had pizza pockets that we made with healthy ingredients and had salad with low cal raspberry vinaigrette and the calorie count was 405 total calories for dinner. Yummy and healthy!

    Great job and it actually becomes a fun game finding alternative and healthy options for the everyday food that we once ate.
