hi im heather really new to this as only started on monday.
I am at present around 11 stone and 36 years old would like to get down to 9.5 any tips

    welcome!!

    The only tips I can offer:
    1. Use the support system. Surround yourself with the support of the other members here. We're in this together.
    2. Just start making better choices. We all slip up. The important thing is getting back up and moving forward again.
    3. Remember that you're ALWAYS worth it.
    4. Don't think of it as a diet. Think of it as a change for a healthier you. As you start to see the changes in your body, you'll remember why you started in the first place.
    5. Do what works for you. Everyone is different.
    6. Drink, drink, drink your water.
    7. Remember that logging = accountability. Even if you eat something you're not proud of... sometimes it helps to write it down anyway.
