:flowerforyou: I've used MFP on and off for a few months now. I really need to get motivated again and would love some help in that area. My biggest problem is I do a lot of baking (I'm a cake decorator) and then don't seem to be able to leave what I've made alone. Please help, I would really like to get down to around 10 stone (140lbs) just to prove to myself that I can do it.

Just saw your message (I don't go on the forums much) and thought I'd say hi. You're a cake decorator? That's amazing! I was watching that programme on choccywoccydoodah last night and I was in awe! Job of dreams lol (apart from meeting celebrities like TPT and Boy George!)

Welcome back! It's hard when you are around food all day. I bake bread and occasionally do some light catering. It's okay to sample every now and then as long as you track and are honest about the portion size you had. I try to make sure that I have plenty of water or unsweetened iced tea on hand and will drink that instead of having more than just a taste of whatever I am making. It also helps if you have someone in the room to keep you company! lol
