Arm Toning Workout

I have my father’s wedding in August and the dress and hat are picked out; the only problem is that it is a strappy dress and my upper arms have always been a problem area even at my thinnest.
I own weights and wristweights but have never really known what to do with them, and I don’t have a gym membership (there isn’t one nearby). Does anyone have a link to a good arm toning workout that I could do at home? It would be a quick one so I could incorporate it everyday.
I honestly would not even know where to begin with this.
Thank you

The good news is that you have a good bit of time. The bad news is that if you have weight to lose all over, trying to "tone" your arms won't do anything.0

Bench Press, Overhead Press, Pushups, Dips, Lying Tricep Extensions.
You'll need to lose the weight (read: fat) before you see noticeable improvement, but if you do a heavy strength training program it will give you the results you want once the weight is lost. If you don't have access to enough weight, then try you can still do bodyweight exercises, but you need to use the right leverage to where it's challenging enough to stress your body to adapt.0 -
The Ballet Beautiful website (streaming videos and/or DVD) offers a 15 minute arm workout called "Swan Arm Workout". It's killer but great and needs no weights so you can do it anywhere anytime.0

Luckily I’m quite a small person anyway and don’t carry too much fat per se, however I do need to tone virtually everywhere and watch what I eat. While cardio is good for my health and keeping weight off it generally doesn’t help me as specifically as I need.
I’m definitely doing to try the bodyweight exercises as part of a longer workout. I already do ballet and yoga. That Swan Arm exercise looks like a perfect addition to stretch and strength exercises I already do.
Thank you

Use one of the body fat % calculators at http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/. Will give you a better idea of how much fat you do have on you.0
