Thank you for fixing that! and thank you to all. I really don't do hard exercises, but I do exercise 5 days a week.I walk 3 miles on the tredmill, 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of strength training. I only eat 20 carbs a day and I never eat my calories back. I was always the type to never go through with anything but this time I did. And I'm so happy and very proud of myself. So if you want to lose belly fat I suggest you do strength training atleast 5 days a week. I hope this motivates you!:happy:0

Can you explain what strength training you did? Thankyou!0

How do you manage to have ONLY 20 Carbs...and what strength training do you do? Since cant see your diary...its difficult to believe to have such low carbs...0 -
I go to the gym and I spend 5 min on each machine for my strength training. ....why is it hard to believe I only eat 20 carbs a day??!! I'm not doing it in an unhealthy way, I also take vitamins 3 times a day to help with energy. I mostly eat meat and a lot of veggies.0

Wow! Well done! I also wonder about the carbs though, because everything has carbs in, fruit, nuts, everything... So please share?0

err...echoing Sanvita....
you mean like 20 g of carb?? :noway:
At my settings of 1200 calories its 165 g of carb. I don' think I had ever went below 100 g. In fact come to think of it I had always been above 165 g of carb. :ohwell: :blushing: Not that I don't want to go on low carb... I don't know how.
I would really appreciate if you can share your diet plan...how to manage carb below 20 g.0 -
The first pic was taken on April tenth, it's now May 9th... You did that all in just under a month? Wow.0

Amazing transformation!!!! You have for sure motivated me because I too believe I am stuck with the post baby belly>> Good to know that I have a fighting chance. I would love to know some of the abs exercises u were doing to get ur results because I workout faithfully and am having a bit of trouble still in that area. Please share..0
-
Wow, that's an amazing transformation in such a short amount of time. Good for you!0
-
Wow, you look great. Would you be willing to share your meal plan?0

My diary's open and I stay under 20 carbs. It's not as hard as it seems, and once your body adjusts, you find you don't even want them. They make you feel bloated and gross.0

I eat a low number of carbs per day as well and I eat a TON of food. My food mainly comes in the form of LOTS of veggies!!! They make up about 80 percent of my diet. Due to medical issues and being under the care of an MD, I follow a low-carb diet directly prescribed by him and it works. I have bloodwork done every two months and my numbers are great! Don't assume that just because someone is eating only 20 carbs a day, they are starving themselves or are unhealthy. My diet is VERY healthy; I assure you. This is the main reason I keep my diary closed. I don't want someone telling me that what I'm doing is wrong or needs to be changed when the foods I eat have given me my good health back. If you eat natural foods rather than processed foods, it's not hard to keep the carb count down and still eat lots and lots of food.0

Guys let me correct this, the first picture was taken March 10th, not April 10th. I just noticed that I accidentaly put the wrong date....anyways Thank you so much and boooooo to the negative people. Eating low carbs is not a bad thing, geeez! Before I started this diet I was pre diabetic, and now my sugar levels are perfect. So iis low carb such a bad thing at all? Didn't think so. I never kept my diary private on purpose, I just never changed it to public since starting MFP. This is sometimes what my day consist of, food wise. Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs without the yolk and a slice of turkey breast. Lunch: baked chicken breast with one slice of tomatoe dinner: steak or porkchop with broccoli. I don't hardly ever snack. I see my dietician weekly and I'm healthy as ever.0

I was also pre-diabetic (hypoglycemic), but my numbers are ALMOST back in the normal range as well. A low-carb diet has given me my life back.0

Good for you! Don't mind what other people say. Every body is different. I myself do low carb, but my magic number is 50 - 55 carbs. Anything less and I maintain anything more and I gain. You are healthy and happy and that is all that matters! You look fantastic!0 -
Wow! That's still awesome work in only 2 mths. Great job!0
-
Of course of course and you look great too! :drinker:0
