doing a crazy intense work-out? Last night, I finally joined this 1 hour intense work-out class led by my daughter's taekwondo instructor. Even though I've been losing weight and exercising, my body is no where near ready for a class this intense. Needless to say I had to go outside twice to get rid of dinner Of course I rejoined the class afterwards, but I don't want to repeat the experience for tomorrow night's class and need some advice please. Also, what kinds of food are best to eat before intense work-outs?

that is something you have to build into. so dont get discouraged...after a couple of weeks of sticking with it you will find it getting easier and you will find yourself taking less and less breaks....as for what to eat...i used to eat carbs about 1.5 hours before i went...pasta, baked potatoe.....and when i finished a class like that, i would eat protein...keep up the great work0

Thank you for the advice! I'm surprised that my body doesn't hurt as bad as I thought it would0
