25 pounds down - and small (BIG!) goals achieved!!

Back in December I joined MFP and weighed 204 lbs and wore a size 14/16 jeans. I set small goals for myself along the way, and HOLY MOLY I ACHIEVED THEM! I have hit many other non-weight goals, such as better running pace, fat loss, and inches lost, however I did set some achievable and rational weight goals in December: I wanted to be in the 180's by March, and the 170's by May. Today I weighed in at 179, and currently wear size 10/12 jeans :) Happy 25 pounds to me, and in achieving my weight goals that I set over 5 months ago!!

It is time to set new goals, and I'm so excited. :)
