Fresh strawberries out of my garden.
50 cal. chocolate crunch rice cakes
    60 cal. choc pudding packs
Half a banana or strawberries mixed or dipped into a 60 cal pudding pack. I know it sounds gross but chocolate and strawberries really do go well together. :)

  • One tablespoon of butter sprinkled with a dot of sea salt
  • Apricots. One of those rare foods that tastes great and doesn't have any negative effects on your digestive system. They are 100% good for you.

Fruit is always a good snack.
Also, 62 calorie cereal bars from Aldi and plain crackers, around 19 cal each.

Carrot sticks with hummus, salsa, or tabbouleh. The grocery store I go to, Publix, has waffle-cut carrots, so you can dip them like chips. Love it. Another favorite is plain, fat free Greek yogurt (6 oz= 100 cals, but I usually eat about 4 oz) with fresh berries-- strawberries are 27 cals for 1/2 cup sliced. Raspberries and blackberries are so tasty too.
