    Wow you look incredible!!! Im at 222 right now and my goal is 145-150 and im 5'7" too. I was thinking today that i cant even imagine what i would look like at that weight cause ive never been thin even when i played college softball. Good luck with the rest of your journey!

    Good luck with the knowing where to stop. I'm also 5'7". My first goal was 150 then 142 and then I thought 140 sounded good. Now I'm trying to stop but have my mind on losing. I really think at 5'7" it's time to quit (losing not logging).
