I am new so I apologize....just not understanding the Net Calories. Do I only eat my BMR or do I eat both BMR and exercise calories?

Your net calories are how many calories you take in after you include exercise. So, let's say you eat 1600 calories in a day, but you then exercise and burn 400 calories. Your net calories would only be 1200.0

You'll want to eat most (allowing room for estimation errors) of your excercise calories back. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is the amount of calories your body needs purely to maintain basic life functions (heart beating, breathing, etc) if you were in a bedridden/coma-like state.0
