I've been on MFP for about a month now, would be great to meet people with similar goals!
I have about 50 pounds to lose, and aiming to lose 30 by the end of the year.
I'm pretty short at 5'2" and weigh-in at about 151 pounds (10 stone 11 pounds so far), so anyone with similar goals or who needs motivation - feel free to add me!
I totally need motivation at times, especially as I've been told I have to cut out carbs and diary before 6pm - terrible!
Any adds/advice welcome!

I'm right there with you! I'm just under 5' and 134ish. I've lost a lot, but still have at least 15 to go. I also need motivation. I've been working on losing weight for a little over a year - kind of on and off - but before that I never much cared about what I ate and detested exercising, so it's been a challenge.0

Yeah, the lifestyle change is pretty hard to stick to!
Used to think that once I'd lost all the weight, I'd be able to go back to my old habits...IF ONLY!0 -
Yeah, no such luck. Although I rather enjoyed my lifestyle of eating whatever I felt like, but the fat girl clothes were getting old really fast... Plus being surrounded by big eaters all the time doesn't exactly make it easy to pull off, so I will admit I do fall off the wagon every couple of months for a few weeks, but I've been making it my goal to at least get back on and keep going.0
