Wow, several people with 2-9lbs lost already! I'm impressed. As for me, so far I'm only down 1.2, but, since it puts me Onederland (Finally!), I'll take it and be thrilled :-)

i have been snacking after meals. i had most of a box of tagalongs, and most of a bucket of red vines in one week. im so sick with myself idk what to do i have realized what damage i have done and it is not pretty. i want to change how do i change?0

What's important is that you continue to push and pick yourself back up when you fall. We all have slip ups. Remember change is a process and it won't happen overnight. Keep at it. You can do it!0 -

This is however my first week here so I think it is mostly water weight and I don't expect this to ever happen again!
