Pretty much anytime someone has crappy or greasy food, I usually steer clear of it but every once and awhile I seem to fall victim to Topper stix and or any chip and dip combination.0

Mine is anything chocolate. Especially dark chocolate. Thank the Lord it's good for you. I'm sure that's what's kept my cholesterol under control over the years.0
