im only 5 lbs away from my goal weight so i decided to post my before and after !

i started out by cutting out ALL FAST FOOD AND SODA. it was the best decision i ever made

    WOW! AWESOME!!!!! I cut out all fast food as well but I still drink soda a lot. I drink cLORIE AND SUGAR FREE SODA. Its one of my last vices. I have a few before and after pics posted on my profile, it makes me feel sooooo good to look at them every once in awhile. keep up the great work!!!!

    That is great!

    You are an inspiration for me. I just started this week and will loose 75 pounds in less than a year. I will try very hard. I cut out unhealthy fast food too.
