    One of the places you can tell a difference is in how close your arms are to your body. You're doing great! Keep up the good work!

    I can see a huge difference! You have done awesome and don't get discouraged! You are way harder on yourself than anyone else and may not see what the rest of us see. Your progress is definitely noticable! Congrats and keep up the good work to greater health!
