Breakfast and Weightloss.

So I know that having breakfast in the mornings are very important, and I usually did ever since starting MFP. But I'm doing a religious fast from breakfast until the 22nd - and I feel like it has slowed down my weightloss (also have water weight from TOM coming within the next few days) but I have not lost much of ANYTHING in pounds (lost a few inches). Do you think not eating breakfast has something to do with this slowed weight loss?

    Eat however many meals, whenever you want. As long as you're meeting your DAILY calorie and macro goals, you're fine.
