Breakfast Pita.. Protein packed, only 153 Calories..

Breakfast Pita Sandwich

Ingredients:
5 green pepper strips (2.5 cal)
Red onion 2 slices (10 cal)
2 AA large Egg whites (34 cal)
2 slices Oscar Meyer Virginia ham (17)
½ Weight Watchers white Cheddar wedge (15 cal)
Joseph’s Flax, oat bran, whole wheat pita (60 cal)
3 Tomato slices (4 Cal)

Total: 153 Calories!!!

-Beat 2 egg whites and cook in small frying pan with nonstick spray.. Once done, top with 2 slices of ham.
-Put green peppers and onion on plate and microwave for 50 seconds (to cook a bit) I cook tomatoes for about 30 seconds.
-Spread 1/2 cheese wedge onto Pita bread, top with Egg, ham, and veggies. Season with Salt and Pepper..
-Fold in half and ENJOY!!

This sandwich keeps me full for hours, and I love the fact that it's under 200 calories:)

P.S.
If your in a hurry like me in the morning, make everything the night before so all you have to do is microwave it.. It's great!
