1 Year on MFP (progress pics)

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since I’ve joined the MFP site. I had no idea at the time that becoming part of this site would affect my life in so many positive ways. I haven’t yet reached my weight loss goal but I’ve made some great progress. More importantly, I’ve had more NSV’s than I could possibly list, my quality of life has improved tremendously, and I’ve become the active, fun father that I always wanted to be.

I will keep my story short because I know most of you clicked on this just to see the pictures (I hope you’re not too disappointed).
