    1 Year on MFP (progress pics)

    It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since I’ve joined the MFP site. I had no idea at the time that becoming part of this site would affect my life in so many positive ways. I haven’t yet reached my weight loss goal but I’ve made some great progress. More importantly, I’ve had more NSV’s than I could possibly list, my quality of life has improved tremendously, and I’ve become the active, fun father that I always wanted to be.

    I will keep my story short because I know most of you clicked on this just to see the pictures (I hope you’re not too disappointed).:wink:

      It's amazing how much younger and happier we all look in our after pictures. In the before we look really unhappy that our picture is being taken. I rarely let people take mine before but now I don't mind at all. I can only imagine how I'll feel after I lose another 25. You look great.

      You look great! I just started 3 days ago, but I have tried every diet to loose the same 15 pounds and just regain them. I hope counting calories will finally do it for me. Would be nice to keep the weight off!
