Here's the thing, I want to know how you've done in the last month, take the number from the post before yours, add the number you have lost then post the total, lets see what the sum is? (1kg ~= 2.2 pounds)

    47 + 9 + 6.5 = 62.5 I only used the figures from the ones that seemed to understand how to do this.:laugh:
