I wanted to know what do I do if I can't find the food on the list, I have noticed that I am not able to add the carbs, protein but just the calories. It would be pointless if I am not able to calculate the carbs and protein.

Either create your own, if you know the nutritional nutrition, or make up a recipe by using things similar to what it is or the components of the food and use that.0

If I know the carbs and protein, How do I add them???0

I believe you go to the food tab, my foods, create food and then you can enter all the nutrition info of the food your trying to add.0

Thanks I was able to find it. Another question. Before my work out and in my profile it states that I should be having 1400 calories but after my workout it jumped to I believe 1900 calories. What should I do? Should I just stick to the 1400 calories and ignore what it says...0
