Hey! I'm Heather. I am 27 years old, and have struggled with weight all my life. In September 2010, I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl. At the end of 2011, I decided it was time to get serious about my health. Not just to feel better about the way I look, but to pass on the gift of healthy living to my daughter.

I'm fairly clueless on being healthy. I ask a lot of silly questions. I like to laugh at myself as I am finding my way. I am looking for friends help support me along the way, and people that I can support along the way as well. :)
